XS4/E4 CRIMPING APPLICATOR
 

Product features:

Adjustment : can be supplied either with a contuous or a wedge regulating head having a 0.02mm resolution for C.H./I.H. and a 2.0mm range. It's not necessary to adjust the crimping height repeatly.
Feeding mechanism: can be supplied with the pre feed cam(bench top use) and the post feed cam (automatic use ) for choice.

Quick change: Perfectly fit with ShinMaywa, JAM, Kodera and THB press and fully automatic crimping amchine;
Technical documentation:you can get a complete technical documentation containing all the information needed to safely use and correctly maintain the equipment. Upon request, a capability study& Cross-section Analysis can be provided.

Strong resistance to rust: QW surface plating.

Production tracking: Laser labeling for each part unique ID.
