HBQ-G420 Crimping Press Workstation
HBQ-G420 is a semi-automatic pressure assembly equipment, mainly used for pressing electrical box fuse, high voltage wire harness charging port, energy storage connection wire interface and other riveting products.
product pressure data can be uploaded to the MES system in real time, production logs can be queried for traceability.
The equipment can be applied in diverse circumstances, the press stroke and  pressure data can be adjusted according to actual needs.
With visual detection function, the visual articles can be set according to the actual product, and the dual processing station can shorten the product processing cycle time.
With application of bar code scanning, the following modes can work: no bar code, fixed bar code, no fixed bar code, regular series bar code.
It is widely suitable for various products, and the upper computer program software owned and developed by Hacint, which can greatly meet customers' requirements.
The whole machine is mainly composed of rack, three-axis servo module, precision pressure sensor, upper computer, PLC, display component, double-station fixture.
The fixtures can be customized according to product shape, With anti-error and anti-stay function, if the set product processing not finished or the pressure failure, the equipment will automatically hold the product and alarm, only authorized personnel can unlock it. It effectively prevents bad products from flowing into the next process.
