Visual inspection system is an equipment designed to inspect the appearance of defectives of the crimp terminals and it can inspect the defectives which can't be detected by CFM. The camera will snap the crimped terminals when the swivel arms pass by and then the visual inspection system will detect the defective terminals by image analysis, which will increase the precision of the quality control substantially of the terminals and avoid defectives to the utmost.
