Introduction

HBQ-06X Digital pull tester series are specially used to test the pull-out force of the crimped terminals, welded terminals and the seals. Embedded system is adopted with high efficiency, notable stability and high precision. HBQ-06X pull testers are able to integrate the network port and meet the demands of networking in the modern factory.
Function
Auto-reset: Be able to set the conditions of the auto-reset and reset automatically after pulling the terminal off.
System setting: it's convenient to set the parameters, such as the up and down limits, calibration and the condition of pulling out.
Force limits: Alert when the pull force exceeds the limits.
Unit switch: Quick switch between Kg and N and any of them can be set as the default.
Communication connection:Sending commands through the serial port can control the tester and return the peak force data. Text data can also be returned via USB data interaction or imported into the MES system.
Data display: Display the real-time and peak force simultaneously
Data processing: The test data can be recorded, transmitted, eliminated, which make the data processing easy.
