The machine is mainly composed by machine frame, canvas tray, the balance arm, host computer, PLC, displayer. fixture.The fixture can be customized according to customer product appearance.
The equipment has proofing function for mistake and idle material. If screw setting not finished or tighten screw failure, the equipment will automatically hold and alarm, only the authorized personnel can relieve it, This can effectively prevent screw loose or defective materials flow into the next process.
