HSPCA-K six-point crimping die is Haichang's newly developed shield ring open-type crimping die, which solves the problem of complicated operation and poor visibility of closed six-point crimping die in the past, and can increase the positioning device to guaranteed the assembly size during the crimping process and meet the crimping requirements of the special shield ring of the structure.
Product features
1. Simple adjustment: only need to adjust the upper and lower crimping modules to close before use.
2. It is convenient to replace the wearing parts: loosen the bolts to remove the upper and lower crimping modules and replace the six crimping cores.
3. Convenient operation: During the crimping process, the upper and lower crimping modules are opened, and 4. only the shielding ring needs to be placed in the crimping position to be crimped.
5. Crimp accuracy: Crimp height value fluctuates by ±0.2.
